Haiti was rocked with another 6.1 magnitude earthquake at 6 a.m. this morning. The official death toll is at 70,000 people overall.

Doctors Without Borders reports that it's team members are working around the clock to meet the increasingly desperate need of the Haitian people. While there are several operating rooms available for people – including one converted shipping container -- a delivery of an inflatable hospital was delayed because the cargo plane didn't receive permission to land at Port-au-Prince airport on Jan. 16. It's cargo is now being trucked in from the Dominican Republic.
"Patients who were not critical only three days ago are now in critical phases," wrote Isabelle Jeason from Doctors Without Borders. "This means that people will die from preventable infections. It's horrible. It's really so terrible that people are begging for help and we can't help them all to save their lives!"
Jeason says many people are undergoing lifesaving amputations, as their limbs are crushed beyond saving.
"The patients we are treating will end up leaving our hospitals as different people," she writes on the Doctors Without Borders blog.
